Full Time — Sports & Fitness Coach

Requirements:

  • Recognised certification in sports coaching, personal training or fitness instruction
  • 2+ years coaching experience (youth, adult or athlete development)
  • Strong communicator with a passion for sports performance
  • Able to lead group sessions and design individual training plans

Full Time — Yoga Instructor

Requirements:

  • RYT-200 or equivalent yoga teacher certification
  • 1+ year teaching experience in group or private classes
  • Comfortable across vinyasa, hatha or restorative styles
  • Available for both weekday and weekend slots

Full Time — Pilates Instructor

Requirements:

  • Pilates teacher certification (Mat and/or Reformer)
  • 1+ year teaching experience
  • Background in dance, physiotherapy or fitness is a plus
  • Strong understanding of biomechanics and client safety

Freelance — Coaches & Instructors

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification for your discipline (sports, yoga, pilates or fitness)
  • Singapore-based and able to commit to a regular weekly slot
  • Professional, reliable and great with clients

Internship Programme

Requirements:

  • Currently studying sports science, business, marketing or a related field
  • Available minimum 3 months full-time, or 6 months part-time
  • Eager to learn, take initiative and contribute to a fast-growing team
  • Internship roles open across coaching support, operations, marketing and events

Full Time — Accountant

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
  • 2+ years in a similar role, ideally SME or sports/fitness industry
  • Hands-on with Xero/QuickBooks and GST filing
  • Detail-oriented, organised and confident with deadlines

Sales — Full & Part Time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year B2C or B2B sales experience (sports/wellness industry a plus)
  • Strong people skills and the discipline to follow up consistently
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and outbound outreach
  • Base + commission structure available

Marketing — Full & Part Time

Requirements:

  • Background in social media, content creation or digital marketing
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok or IG Ads is a plus
  • Hands-on with Canva, basic video editing and copywriting
  • Loves storytelling for active and lifestyle brands
